Policy & Advocacy

Confluence is the lead, non-partisan public health advocacy organization in Montana. We build support for the programs and services provided by our members -- local and tribal health departments and the public and environmental health workforce -- in every community across Montana.   

We make sure state-level policies and budgets are pro- public and environmental health. We support our members in protecting the health of their communities. We empower our members to educate decision-makers.  

Our greatest advocacy strength is our membership who knows the needs of their community and has meaningful, community relationships.
